HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO PROCESS AND SHIP ORDERS ?

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We use Canada Post and UPS for shipping, please allow 5-9 business days for them to arrive within Canada, and please allow 6-10 business days for them to arrive at US.

Shipping to Canada

For customers in Canada, we provide you with two shipping methods:

Customers who spend less than $100 Canadian dollars can choose whether to use a tracking number to track your beloved jewelry.

Free shipping for orders shipping to Canada WITH NO TRACKING NUMBER.

 

Shipping to the US

Flat rate shipping fee of $10 CAD applies to orders shipping to United States WITH TRACKING (All States).

Free shipping for orders more than $150 CAD.
